All that are going to be involved with the event being held at Nissan on the 2nd if November please read the below and then message via Facebook/text/email to Paul Meade so he knows what kind of numbers we will have.
It is suggested that we all meet in the WWT car park for 15.30 and look to set off for Nissan at 15.45 as all cars have to be off site by 16.15. We are again required to have accreditation/passes at all times and I will supply these.
Enter the site via the A1290 road sign-posted Nissan Offices. Once into the site, take a right at the first roundabout and you will pass through a Nissan security check point where you will be directed to Nissan Sports & Social Club.
4. ACCREDITATION/PASSES
All exhibitors/performers must identify themselves with this document (which can be obtained from Paul Meade).
Vehicles are permitted on site to offload equipment but must be moved to the participant’s car park no later than 16:00 hrs.
5. VEHICLE DRIVERS
• Please take extreme care when driving on the site.
• Keep your speed to a minimum.
• Vehicle movement stops at 16:15 hrs prompt.
• Please follow instructions given by the Site Manager.
6. VEHICLES ON SITE
There will be no vehicles in the public area during the event other than those already approved by the organisers – EMERGENCY VEHICLES, CATERING VEHICLES, PERFORMING VEHICLES, and other vehicles where absolutely necessary and approved.
A participant’s car park is provided.
