External Visit - SAS Visits Usworth Colliery School
About this event :
SAS visits the Usworth Colliery School
60+ school children with various teachers/helpers.
Format: Astronomy related talks, possible demos and solar observing/ looking at telescope setup.operation afterwards, if the weather is favorable.
There will be 3 sessions at this school, 2 in the morning form approx 10:00 am and 1 in afternoon after lunchtime, times TBC. See our facebook webpages for details.
Any volunteers from our SAS members is very welcome, with or without telescopes.
